Our People
Andrew Dugdale (Founder and President)
Andrew Dugdale has been involved in selling and managing sales teams for blue-chip companies globally for over 30 years, with a background in both direct and indirect sales and sales management. Since leaving corporate life in 2000, Andrew has founded a number of companies, most recently, SalesAssessment.com.
Andrew qualified initially as an Electronics Engineer and now also holds a post-graduate Diploma in Sales Management from Portsmouth University. He is both a Chartered Marketer and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, a Member of the Institute of Directors, and a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Marketors in the City of London.

Marie Crespo (Co-Founder and CEO)
Marie Crespo has been involved in running major business units of Fortune 250 companies and subsidiaries of Fortune 500 companies for over 30 years. Marie started in the IT business and stayed there for over 20 years, before moving to run two Pharmaceutical companies.
Marie has an EMBA from Insead & Imede and is also qualified by the British Psychological Society.

Hugh Stafford Smith (VP Sales)
Hugh Stafford Smith is in the business of transforming sales teams into high performing revenue generators. The majority of his working life has been spent in the pursuit of revenue generation. In the course of his career, he has worked in both the small independent businesses sector and for large, publicly listed, organizations; whatever has been his level of seniority, he has always enjoyed considerable success in delivering results and exceeding expectations.

Shekhar Varma
Shekhar Varma began his career in sales and management when he joined a major retail leisure company as a graduate trainee in 1978. He has been a direct sales person selling B2C and B2B, as well as managing teams of sales people selling goods and/or services. In the last 15 years he has run his own sales training business, designing and delivering tailored sales training/coaching, working across borders and cultures for some of the worlds leading companies. He joined the SalesAssessment.com team in 2009.
Shekhar holds the Diploma in Training Management is a former Commissioner of Taxes and is a member of the Institute of Directors.

Larry Morris
Larry Morris trained as an Accountant and subsequently accumulated a wealth of sales and sales management experience throughout a career focused into the technology and software marketplaces. This included time spent with small companies and some of the major players. He set up his own recruitment business in 1995 to draw upon his wide range of transferable skills, to exploit an interest in people and make use of his specialised industry expertise.
He brings an unparalleled understanding of the sales process and is able to pinpoint what is needed to make a real difference within a particular organisation, He has been with the SalesAssessment.com team since mid 2009.

David Peregrine-Jones
David Peregrine-Jones has been involved in the sales and marketing of high tech products and services for most of his career, first in IBM UK and then as an independent consultant working with large corporates, who need to focus on winning more enterprise sales opportunities, and small start-ups with great ideas and products who need to develop and practice basic sales disciplines. His education and qualifications include an MA in Natural Sciences from Cambridge, an MBA from London and, as a practicing management consultant, he is a member of the Institute of Management Consulting, a council member of the Richmond Group and a freeman of the Worshipful Company of Management Consultants.
