Andrew Dugdale, President, SalesAssessment.com
With a background in both direct and indirect sales, as well as sales management, Andrew Dugdale has been engaged in selling and managing sales teams for blue-chip companies on a global basis for over 30 years. Since leaving corporate life in 2000, Andrew has founded a number of successful companies, most recently, SalesAssessment.com.
Andrew qualified initially as an Electronics Engineer and now also holds a post-graduate Diploma in Sales Management from Portsmouth University. He is both a Chartered Marketer and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, a Fellow of the British Institute for Learning & Development, a Member of the Institute of Directors, and a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Marketors in the City of London. In this latter role, Andrew also sits on the Marketors’ Think Tank.

Marie Crespo, CEO, SalesAssessment.com
Marie Crespo has been involved in running major business units of Fortune 250 companies and subsidiaries of Fortune 500 companies for over 30 years. Marie started in the IT business and stayed there for over 20 years, during which time she enjoyed significant success in various business and technical roles including Pre-Sales, Sales Management and Management Consultancy.
Moving on to the Medical and Pharmaceutical sector, Marie has been responsible for a highly sophisticated IT department at EMEA level and been Managing Director of a global division of a major pharmaceutical services corporation.
Marie has an EMBA from Insead & Imede, speaks fluent Spanish and French and is qualified by the British Psychological Society.

Hugh Stafford-Smith, VP Sales, SalesAssessment.com
Hugh Stafford Smith is in the business of transforming sales teams into high-performing revenue generators. The majority of his working life has been spent in the successful pursuit of revenue generation and driving sales at both the strategic and tactical level.
During his career as a business leader, Hugh has worked in Managing Director and Sales Director roles – in the UK and at EMEA level – for both the small independent businesses sector and for large, publicly listed organizations. He has significant experience working within the IT space for both solutions providers and hardware organizations, with responsibility for P&L and driving significant sales performance.

Larry Morris, Reseller Manager, SalesAssessment.com
Larry spent fifteen years building his own successful staffing solutions business, focused primarily into executive search in the sales arena. This drew on the previous fifteen years building a successful career in sales within the technology sector, where he gained in-depth experience in direct sales, partner sales and management of both large and small sales teams.
His background he has provided him with a deep understanding of the sales process and sales people. He now operates in partnership with the Partners and Resellers of SalesAssessment.com to help them work with their clients to look long and hard at how to make their existing sales teams more effective and efficient and when they hire, that they gain and retain the best fit for their organization.
