Logins
I can’t log into the tests and questionnaires.
Please note that the tests and questionnaires are located on TWO different websites, and you will need to log into them one after another, using the appropriate username and password for each site. Your login and password details will already have been emailed to you. These must be entered exactly as printed in the email, so please copy and paste them (with no spaces before or after) to avoid character-set configuration issues.
I have lost my login details. I can’t remember my password.
Please email customercare@salesassessment.com to receive further login details.
Language
The system logged me off when I tried to select my language.
Please select your language first and then log in.
Error 404
I am getting an Error 404 page when I attempt to visit Site 1.
There is likely to be a scheduled system outage. (Please click to view times and dates.) These occur once a month on average for up to 12 hours.
Pop-up blockers
How do I turn off my pop-up blocker for the duration of the test?
This can be done from your browser. Please contact your organization’s IT support desk for further information.

How secure are my personal details and information?
Please note that your personal data is protected under the terms of the UK Data Protection Act (1998) and the US Safe Harbor Act. Click to read our security policy pdf. To safeguard the confidentiality of all the information held on the system, please do not share your user name and password with anyone else.
